It is reported that 6 people were killed and many others injured in two separate road accidents in the Indian state of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
In the first incident, 4 people were killed and several others injured when a bus lost control and ran over a procession of Shiva devotees in Banka district. After the incident, the agitated locals set a police car on fire. Another incident happened on Balrampur road in Uttar Pradesh. 2 people were killed and 20 people were injured.

According to reports, a bus lost control and ran over Shiva devotees in Banka district of Bihar state, India, as they were walking to the temple with water in their pitchers on Friday night. 4 people were killed.
After the incident, the agitated villagers set fire to a police car that came to the spot.
It is known that on Friday night, a group of Shiva devotees were going to the Just Gaurnath temple on foot with water in their jugs hanging on both shoulders from the Ganga river in Sultanganj. Meanwhile, a bus lost control and ran over them. 4 Shiva devotees were killed. When a police car reached the spot after receiving this news, the excited locals set the car on fire.
In this regard, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Avinash Kumar said, we arrived there soon after the incident. 10 to 11 people were injured besides 4 people were killed in the car accident. The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem and the injured have been admitted to hospital for treatment. The incident is under investigation.
Besides, in another incident on Friday night, two people were killed and 20 injured when a private vehicle lost control and rammed a bus on Balrampur road near Dhebura police station in Uttar Pradesh.
